Hocker is relatively new to this expanded role, having previously worked at Australian subsidiary BOC, and tells us about the ‘demonstrable and fast increasing trend towards innovation in packaged gas products’.
She also discusses the new initiative that Linde is launching globally to improve the safe handling of acetylene gas.
Thanks for taking 10 minutes out with gasworld. What have we interrupted in your schedule today?
Well, today I will be spending a good part of the day with my team discussing our customers, their experiences of Linde – both from a product and technology standpoint to understand what their developing needs are and how we interact with them on a commercial level. The most important area for discussion is how we can improve those experiences.
