Positive whispers: The industrial gases alternative to the Gulf

President Obama has compared the Gulf Oil Spill to 9/11, thousands have been affected and millions more futures will be detrimented. In light of this weighty news gasworld decided to offer its readers some light relief in the form of positive whispers from the eco-conscious world of LNG.

Don Voelte, CEO of Woodside Petroleum, Ltd, has described LNG as, ‘the quiet achiever’. Indeed, an upcoming piracy feature will probe into why LNG has remained underground and so ‘safe’ when compared with other shipped fuels. The successful active participation of delegates continues this afternoon…

Lunch, courtesy of kind Ukrainian sponsor Iceblick, based in Odessa, is followed by a Promotional Booth Programme.

Following that, the action resumes with tonight’s Cultural Evening. Delegates will be treated to an evening of local cuisine & customs at the Tsarske Selo restaurant venue, complete with traditional Ukrainian entertainment.
