Airgas has contingency plan if Air Product’s proposals are rejected

This week, Airgas, Inc. announced contingency plans in the event that company stockholders reject Air Products’ By-Law Amendment Proposal. Should this occur, Airgas will call a Special Meeting of Stockholders on 21st June 2011.
