The Dura-Bulk Cryogenic Delivery Vehicle introduced to the market last year by Eleet Cryogenics, Inc., has been very successful and well received by the industry, according to Doug Morton, the company’s vice president of Sales.

“Many very experienced industrial gas professionals focused on the micro-bulk and small bulk delivery business have commented that we have provided precisely what is desired, which is a powerful, durable, and reliable cryogenic delivery unit that will last for many years to come with few maintenance concerns,” Morton explains. “We are also finding that there are numerous units in the field in need of upgrade and we are prepared to handle those requests.” Eleet has sold more than ten of these units over the past year, which included both trailer-mounted and chassis-mounted units. Eleet has also recently built customer-specific trailer mounted units for on-site mobile applications as well as a pressure transfer unit.

To come up with the design, Eleet interviewed many gas companies to get a clear understanding of their needs and to confirm that the unit would have an optimal design for those customers. “The design has proven to be very well accepted,” says Morton. “This unit has performed as intended and has been impressive - and we have already had repeat customers on these systems.”
The Dura-Bulk delivery system is unique in that it offers very high pressure (up to 500psig+), very high flow (up to 180gpm) pumping capabilities, while at the same time minimizing troublesome electronics that tend to fail. “The system is hydraulically driven, and built to last with quality components and superior workmanship for many years of reliable service,” says Morton.

Eleet recently added the trailer mounted unit to the product portfolio to meet demand for this option. Eleet Cryogenics, Inc. also offers a complete portfolio of products to compliment this unit ranging from fully rehabbed to like-new condition Micro-Bulk Skid Pak tanks and cryogenic bulk tanks in a wide range of sizes. The company also supplies industrial and medical gas manifolds on the bulk tank pad, installation parts, installation service, and competitive freight rates nationwide. “We provide the service and support our customers have come to expect from Eleet, as they continue to grow their bulk business,” Morton adds.

Headquartered in Bolivar, OH, Eleet Cryogenics was founded by Garry Sears in 1996. The company has some 35 employees and serves the major industrial gas companies as well as independent distributors, providing assistance with both industrial and medical gas applications. The company has locations across the US and also exports its products internationally.

The Micro-Bulk Skid Pak unit also is a perfect complement to this product line which is a 500-600g, fully rehabbed tank, on a steel pallet, with side mounted vaporizer, final line assembly, and dual fill adapter. “These units have been popular and many repeat customers are very pleased with our well thought out design and superior workmanship,” Morton says.
