Huntingdon Fusion Techniques (HFT®) have claimed a world first with the invention of the PurgEye® 300 Nano – a low cost weld purge monitor that can accurately measure down to 10 parts per million (ppm) on a large alpha numeric display.
It utilises a long life sensor which has the capacity to measure oxygen (O2) down to 10ppm and has a warm up time of less than a minute.
The PurgEye 300 Nano can be used with optional accessory hand pump and gas sampling probe, and its monitor can be used to check purge gas quality, as well as to find leaks in purging hose connections.
