Customers are the real winners
A key theme throughout the Awards evening was that of recognising those who made a substantive contribution, through investing their time and efforts in providing service that delivers the difference.
“The total commitment to quality, demonstrated by this year’s winners, creates value for our customers and differentiates us from our competitors,” notes le Roux.
“The commitment to best practice principles in safety and quality, as demonstrated by all the winners this year, will serve as an inspiration to the rest of the company in our quest for ever higher standards. But ultimately it is our customers who are the real winners, as the recipients of Air Products’ reliable, dedicated service and stringent safety and quality procedures,” Hellyar concludes.
