Cast Aluminum Solutions (CAS) has launched its new CAST-X High Temperature Heater line which feature operating temperatures to 1110°F (600°C).
Illinois, US-based CAS, a supplier of specialty industrial heaters and vaporisers used in industrial gas, cryogas, and air separation applications, will offer CAST-X High Temperature Heaters in two standard sizes: CAST-X HT 500, which has power to 1500 Watts and a 1/4 inch fluid/gas flow-tube; CAST-X HT 2000, which accommodates higher-flow applications with power to 6 kW, and a 1/2 inch flow-tube.
CAS said in a statement, “Process gases such as nitrogen, argon, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide are well-suited for CAST-X High Temp: but flammable liquids and gases can also be safely heated, even at significant flowrates and pressures. CAST-X HT is an easily integrated ‘inline heater’ with industry standard flow-tube sizes, and compatibility with most worldwide voltages.”
