Servomex has introduced a new ServoCal calibration gas kit that delivers engineers an easy and cost-effective solution to analyzer calibration.
Meeting quality requirements of Servomex products, but also suitable for use with other analyzer brands, the ServoCal kit consists of two 112 liter aluminum cylinders of specified calibration gas and a single fixed flow regulator, packaged in a robust carry case for convenient transportation.
Portable and lightweight, the briefcase-style design allows easy, quick and safe calibration on site without the need for lifting gear, trolleys or outside storage.
Compatible with all major manufacturer regulators, ServoCal offers a long shelf-life with no complicated tools. The non-refillable cylinder design removes the need for rental charges - refills are available for quick delivery worldwide.
Empty cylinders can easily be recycled on site. Quality approved to ISO:9001 2008, all ServoCal gas mixtures are manufactured gravimetrically to NIST or NPL standards. A full range of analyzer calibration gases are available for order, including nitrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide and methane.
Servomex also announced its Servoflex MiniMP (5200 Multipurpose) gas analyzer has been awarded MCERTS certification, making it suitable for source testers that require reference oxygen (O2) analysis as part of the verification of continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS).
MiniMP delivers measurement accuracy ranges of between ±0.1% to ±0.02% O2. The approval of EN15267-3 (MCERTS V3.3, Annex F) makes the MiniMP suitable for use as an SRM (Source Reference Method) according to EN14789 for verifying installed CEMS to the requirements of EN 14181.
Servomex has also launched its new in-situ monitoring offering, the Servotough LaserCompact, which features Tuneable Diode Laser (TDL) technology.
Designed to deliver true continuous in-situ monitoring across short distances, the LaserCompact is optimized for measurement across pipes and along short cells. Able to detect a wide range of gases including O2, HCl, HF, NH3, CO, CO2, H2O, H2S, HCN, NO, N2O, CH4 and other hydrocarbons, the device has a response time of less than two seconds, highly stable performance and minimal interference from background gases.
