Formerly a subsidiary of Praxair, Inc. and with locations in Ohio, Arkansas and California, AMKO specialises in repairing and recertifying high pressure tube trailers and in building and servicing cryogenic and CO2 trailers and tanks.
Founded in 1965, the company has over 100 employees and 50 years of experience and carries a reputation for integrity and quality in the industry.
FIBA’s acquisition of AMKO combines two premier providers of equipment and services to the gas containment industry.
Now with locations in Massachusetts, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Montana, Ohio, California, Arkansas, India and Taiwan, FIBA is proud to expand its ability to offer customers quality services on a timely basis from numerous locations worldwide.
The People’s Republic of China Special Equipment Licensing Office (SELO) has granted FIBA renewal of the SELO manufacturing license.
