Norco, Inc. has announced the acquisition of Northern Medical Systems, a respiratory and medical supply firm with locations in Chewelah and Newport, Washington.
The acquisition expands the Norco network and its position as the nation’s largest privately owned welding, safety, medical and gas supplier.
Now with nine Norco branches in Washington, the additional locations provided by the acquisition of Northern Medical Systems will continue to strengthen healthcare, the care of patients in their homes, and Norco’s commitment to the Spokane area and Northern Washington.
“Norco is excited to be a community partner in healthcare,” said Ned Pontious, President of Norco, “We are thrilled to be able to serve patients and medical facilities in this great community.”
Norco’s slogan, ‘Serving You Better’ characterises its commitment to helping patients stay in their homes during challenging health issues. The company carries a full line of home healthcare products including oxygen, hospital beds, wheelchairs, bath aids, lift chairs, scooters, CPAP and sleep products, incontinence products, and more.
Business is booming at Norco, the US’ largest regional gas and equipment supplier and its specialty gases division, NorLab.
