PV Taiwan, a major trade show for the photovoltaics industry, draws to a close today after attracting more than 200 exhibitors.
Commencing on Wednesday, one of the show’s organisers proclaimed the team hoped to create business opportunities of 200m US dollars.
The show this year featured over 200 exhibitors using 557 booths, said the co-organizer, Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), during a pre-show news conference. The show was held at the Taipei World Trade Center Exhibition Hall 1.
The 214 exhibitors came from nine countries including Taiwan, from which 27 publicly traded PV firms took part in the show, TAITRA said.
