Chuck Broadus has been named Airgas Division president - South Division, effective July 1, 2013 and succeeding Mike Rohde, who retires after nearly 15 years of dedicated leadership at Airgas.
Broadus will report to Airgas president and CEO Michael Molinini and will be responsible for managing the South Division’s three regions: South, National Welders, and Mid America. The transition will begin immediately.

He has successfully guided the South Division as Division President since 2011. Mike’s significant contributions over the years have made a lasting, positive impact on Airgas and we wish him all the best in his retirement.”
Broadus currently serves as president - Airgas South region, which spans Georgia, Florida, Alabama, most of Mississippi, and southern Tennessee.
“Chuck has been with Airgas for a decade and has certainly carved himself a niche as a leader within the organization,” Molinini continued. “His management skills, as well as his knowledge of our customers and numerous markets in the region, make him well suited to lead the South Division. I look forward to working with Chuck in his new role, and supporting him in his continued success.”
