Precision bearing specialist Carter Manufacturing has expanded its US-based facility in Minneapolis to further support its customers in the Americas.
Carter Americas’ larger facility will have more space to hold inventories, including hybrid and ceramic bearings for high temperature, cryogenic, ultra-high vacuum, and other applications.
The facility’s central location places it near to the MSP international airport. The new ‘state-of-the-art’ facility enables urgent, next-day deliveries.
Launched in 2020, Carter Americas has established the scope of the Carter Manufacturing control manuals for the US market, as well as being ITAR registered for defence programmes and certified for both ISO9001 and AS9120.
Almost two decades after its founding in the UK, Carter expanded once more in 2019 to provide stock and custom bearings for customers in the US with its office in Minnesota.
