How does IACX serve the helium market in North America, what involvement does it have?

IACX is a fully integrated helium production, processing, and marketing company, which we believe to be the leading independent helium aggregator in North America. We operate in the midstream space, where the Company purchases natural gas from producers at the wellhead. Our current midstream assets are concentrated in central Kansas, eastern New Mexico, and the Texas Panhandle, and include approximately 5,000 miles of gas gathering pipelines, along with facilities for the extraction of NGLs, helium, nitrogen, CO2, and H2S. We also operate in the upstream side of the industry and control approximately 150,000 acres of mineral interests in helium-rich basins across the western U.S. IACX is actively developing three fields containing helium, two of which focus on extracting helium from non-hydrocarbon sources – with the third field producing helium as a biproduct of a predominantly hydrocarbon stream. In addition to using our proprietary helium purification technology in support of IACX’s upstream and midstream businesses, the company provides fee-based helium processing and marketing services to third parties at various locations.
