Air Liquide Industrial U.S. has announced price increases for its US industrial and medical gas customers.

These increases will be effective immediately or as permitted by customer contracts.

The price increases will be a minimum of 10 - 15 per cent for liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, helium and hydrogen, carbon dioxide, dry ice and liquid argon. Existing discounts will also be reduced or eliminated wherever possible for all products.

Etienne Lepoutre, president of Air Liquide Industrial U.S., said: "Manufacturing costs continue to increase. These increases are in addition to the expansion of Air Liquide Industrial U.S.'s existing cost recovery efforts of surcharges and energy charges."
