A new hydrogen station is under development in Quebec, Canada – and Air Liquide’s technology will be at the heart of it.
The industrial gas giant on Thursday (22nd July) said it was selected by long-term partner Hydrogen Technology and Energy Corporation (HTEC) for the supply of equipment.
Due to be operational in Q2 2022, the station will have capacity to fuel up to 50 light-duty vehicles per day at 700bar.
Air Liquide will provide the compression, high pressure storage, hydrogen cooling, and dispensing all in a single skid.
The solution provides cost reductions on site infrastructure and faster installation time.
