Yesterday, North American company, Air Products, declared a quarterly dividend of 49 cents per share of common stock.
The dividend is payable on 14th February 2011, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on 3rd January 2011.
Gasworld followers may be reminded of Airgas’ similar announcement declaring a cash dividend on New Year’s Eve. The announcement was made earlier this month and promised a quarterly dividend on the company’s common stock of 25 cents per share. Payments are to be made on 31st December 2010 to shareholders of record as of 15th December 2010.
