Air Products has announced that it earned a perfect score of 100% on the 2017 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) workplace equality, administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation.
Jennifer Grant, senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Air Products, said, “We are very pleased to have earned a perfect score on the CEI. Air Products places great importance on having a diverse workforce and a work environment that is inclusive and respectful.”
Grant added, “We believe this recognition from the Human Rights Campaign demonstrates that Air Products is a company that attracts and retains the best talent and one that strives to earn the respect of our customers and communities.”
Air Products recently published new Sustainability goals for 2020, and one of the new goals established is to be the world’s most diverse and inclusive industrial gas company.
