Air Products, a global industrial gases company, recently made two new senior appointments. Nelson Squires has been selected as the new Vice President of North American Merchant Gases, meanwhile, Simon Moore has been named Director of Investor Relations.
In his new role, Moore will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with investors and analysts. He succeeds Squires after his promotion to Vice President. Moore joined the company in 1990 as a sales representative for Merchant Gases. He benefits from experiencing working in Taiwan and has a degree in mechanical engineering from Pennsylvania State University, as well as an MBA from Pepperdine University in 1994.
The new Vice President, Nelson Squires, will now be responsible for the growth and profitability of the company’s Merchant Gases business in the US and Canada. Squires joined the corporation in 1989 as a sales engineer and has subsequently benefited from management positions in the Electronics group. More recently he has enjoyed working as the Director of Investor Relations.
