Airgas will showcase its food innovations to reduce waste, avoid recalls and add sustainability elements to operational, transport and waste management processes at the International Production and Processing Expo (IPPE).
Over the three-day event, customers will be able to learn how to control waste as well as the carbon intensity of food production processes by implementing processes such as treating wastewater generated on-site with CO2 instead of hazardous acids.
Freezing and packaging techniques that can be adopted to prevent spoilage, enhance food safety and reduce waste waste will also be showcased, as well as new transportation and delivery formats that will help customers solve efficiency challenges.

IPPE attendees will be able to find Airgas at booth #B3851 in Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Centre from January 28th-30th.
