Organic waste treatment solutions company Anaergia Inc. (Anaergia) will supply Italy-based Societa’ Agricola Agriferr ss di Zagni Matteo & C (Agriferr) with a range of sustainable energy solutions for its new liquefied natural gas (LNG production plant.
The plant, which Anaergia will build, will receive the company’s first-ever renewable natural gas liquefaction system, in addition to its Triton digester, biogas upgrading system, and an on-site fuelling station.
Commenting on the supply agreement, Alessandro Massone, President of Sales for EMEA, Anaergia, said, “This is an important milestone for both Anaergia and Agriferr.”
“This underscores Anaergia’s strong market position in Italy while it provides Agriferr with the world’s best integrated approach for producing value from agricultural wastes.”
