A-Gas International has announced the formation of A-Gas Americas following the merger of sister companies Coolgas, RemTec, CIJSA and A-Gas Performance Chemicals.
A-Gas Americas will operate from the companies’ existing locations within the group in Ohio, Texas, Pennsylvania and Mexico.
The companies’ extensive range of services and products to the refrigerant, performance chemicals, environmental services and fire protection industries will continue to be offered to customers but under one brand.
A-Gas International is a leading supplier of products and services in these markets across the globe and also trades in the UK, South Africa, Australia, South East Asia, and China. The new business in the Americas will give customers greater access to technical expertise, industry knowledge and knowhow within the group.
