Carbon dioxide (CO2) solution provider, ASCO Carbon Dioxide Ltd, presented its latest products and technologies at the world’s leading trade fair for the beverage and liquid food industry last week.

During their five days at drinktec 2017, ASCO welcomed around 120 visitors to its booth, answering questions concerning its CO2 plants and the economic and ecological advantages which come along with the purchase of such a system.

ASCO’s plant portfolio ranges from CO2 production plants, CO2 stack gas recovery plants, recovery from waste products with highly concentrated CO2 to CO2 recovery from earth sources and biogas.

For breweries and drink manufacturers, the Swiss company successfully provides CO2 By-Product Recovery plants (BPR). This modern ASCO system takes over the environmentally friendly recovery and treatment of the CO2. The recycled high-quality CO2 corresponds to international food and beverage standards.

ASCO’s Managing Director, Marco Pellegrino, satisfied with the participation in the trade fair, enthused, “drinktec was a great success for us! Once again, the trade fair has shown that it is a pioneer for the beverage and brewing industry. Thanks to the many high-quality contacts, we were able to generate new business and set the course for the sale of an ASCO recovery plant for CO2 solutions from a single source.”

Jürg Maron, ASCO’s Regional Sales Director for CO2 Systems, who was part of the sales team at drinktec, added, “We were very pleased with the many long-standing customers who have found their way to our booth. It is always enjoyable to hear when the plants sold run to the fullest satisfaction of our clients. This confirms us in our work and is motivation to offer every customer a tailor-made CO2 solution.”

drinktec 2017 chalked up the best result in its 66-year history and was attended by more than 76,000 visitors from around 180 countries.
