Atlas Copco has acquired German compressor distributor Bold & Cichos.
Located in Waldfischbach-Burgalben in south west Germany, the company has specialist knowledge in the engineering of air package container solutions.
“We see possibilities to increase our coverage in the region and our knowledge in designing and manufacturing air package container solutions,” said Vagner Rego, Business Area President of Compressor Technique.
The purchase was not disclosed.
