Atlas Copco has acquired the assets of M.C. Schroeder Equipment Company.
Based in North-Carolina, M.C. Schroeder Equipment distributes vacuum equipment and service solutions, with a sales network which covers the south east of the US.
“This acquisition will complement our existing footprint in the region,” said Geert Follens, Business Area President Vacuum Technique.
