Atlas Copco acquires majority share of Eco Steam and Heating Solutions

Atlas Copco has acquired a majority share of Eco Steam and Heating Solutions, an industrial steam and hot water boiling company.

Located in Tilburg, the Netherlands, Eco Steam and Heating Solutions develops, rents, and sells customised industrial boiler assemblies tailored for plug and play installation.

The company serves European customers, primarily in the general industry, such as food and beverage, chemical, steel, pharmaceuticals, and the energy sector.

Commenting on the acquisition, Andrew Walker, Business Area President Power Technique, at Atlas Copco, said, “Eco Steam and Heating Solutions is a leading company in its field of expertise in their region.”
