AWISCO has acquired Nyrock Machine & Tool Corp in a deal that combines two New York-based companies.
Under the deal, Nyrock Machine will now operate as a division of AWISCO, offering an enhanced variety of industrial gases and supplies, as well as a complete line of metal fabricating tooling and equipment.
AWISCO is a leading supplier of industrial gases, welding, safety and industrial supplies in the New York tri-state area. Founded in 1981, Nyrock is a metal fabricating and tooling equipment distributor.
Nyrock customers will have access to all seven AWISCO stores located in the region.
