The British Compressed Gases Association (BCGA) has confirmed that Manchester, UK will be the location for its 2010 Conference, with a provisional programme of speakers and topics already organised too.

Building on the successes of its previous annual events, at which gasworld has been present, the 2010 BCGA Conference will be held on the 15th April next year.

Having previously been staged at Oulton Hall, Leeds and Staverton Park, Daventry in recent years, the BCGA has opted to freshen-up proceedings for 2010 with a whole new venue. The conference will now be held at the charming and easily located Marriot Worsley Park Hotel and Country Club in Manchester, UK.

Although more information will be announced over the weeks and months ahead, a provisional programme of speakers has already been organised, including members of the BCGA Technical Committees – ready to update delegates with the latest relevant industry information.

Furthermore, notable external representation has been secured and these will include the Hydrogen Association, EIGA, VOSA, and the Carbon Capture & Storage Association. Evening entertainments will conclude an informative and enjoyable day’s work, as is customary for the annual BCGA conference.

Potential delegates are encouraged to make a date in their diaries for 15th April 2010, while more detailed information will be announced in the coming weeks and all those interested can check-out the conference pages of the BCGA website for more information.
