Following BOC’s recent recall of its disposable balloon gas package, Balloon Occasions, the company are still struggling to find a viable and safe replacement.
In an official update the company commented, “We are continuing to work with our suppliers to find an alternative solution that meets our stringent quality and safety standards. Unfortunately, at the present time, we do not have a replacement product to offer. We will provide a further update as soon as we know the likely timescale of this process.”
The recall was issued after tests on the rubber gas dispensing nozzle revealed problems with certain units. BOC concluded the statement expressing regret at any inconvenience caused to the customers.
