Renowned medical epicentre, London’s Harley Street, has become the recent recipient of industrial gas altruism thanks to BOC.

The BOC Sleep Centre, set in the heart of the capital, has opened and will treat a wide range of sleep disorders.

In particular, the London centre will offer the complete range of services developed by the Leading Independent Sleep Aid (LISA ™) programme.

Constituting the first clinic of its kind to be opened in the UK by BOC, the facility compliments parent firm, The Linde Group’s existing involvement in healthcare and sleep services.

The centre’s Medical Director, Professor Gaby Badre, a Consultant in Sleep Medicine and Clinical Neurosciences, believes that the facility is necessary to meet a growing demand.

He commented, “We are seeing a dramatic increase in sleeping disorders, which can have a detrimental effect on health and wellbeing. These affect people from all walks of life and can have a great impact on their professional performance and quality of life. We offer a multidisciplinary approach to detect and treat these disorders.”

Veronique McKellican, Business Manager of Homecare with the Linde subsidiary, expressed the company’s pride in the centre of excellence. She said, “BOC Healthcare specialises in the treatment of respiratory conditions, so we are very proud of this new addition to our healthcare services.$quot;

$quot;The BOC Sleep Centre allows us to provide the best possible care in this growing area of medical practice, building on our experience gained both in the UK and overseas,$quot; concluded McKellican.
