Netherlands-based diesel engine repair specialist Mark van Schaick BV has seen the completion of its acquisition by Burckhardt Compression following a successful closing.
The deal was initially signed between the two companies on December 2nd, 2021, with closing taking place on December 21st.
Mark van Schaick BV is now a fully owned subsidiary of Burckhardt Compression.
