Carburos Metálicos, the wholly owned Spanish subsidiary of Air Products, has been awarded with the best environmental initiative accolade for its carbon dioxide (CO2) recovery project in Telde, Gran Canaria.
Carried out in collaboration with nearby glass factory, Vidrieras Canarias, The European Industrial Gases Association (EIGA) awarded the Air Products subsidiary with the EIGA Environmental Award 2016 for the scheme.
