Chart Industries Distribution and Storage Group (Chart D&S) is increasing the price on its bulk storage tanks, packaged gas products and beverage bulk carbon dioxide (CO2) systems.
Citing an escalation in product costs as the reason behind the increase, the US-based company said it will be effective for orders placed on or after 1st April (2018).
In a statement, Chart D&S explained, “Our product costs have escalated since our last published base price adjustment in May 2014. As a result, base pricing will be increased by 5-8% for most of our products effective for orders placed on or after April 1, 2018.”
