Chart Ferox has announced the completion and opening of a public natural gas vehicle fuelling station in Turku, Finland.
The station is the second of its kind in Finland, with a further two in production for next year.
Chart designed and built permanent LNG fuelling station provides fully automated operation and is supplemented with a Sarlin high pressure system to offer a complete natural gas fuelling service for LNG, compressed natural gas (CNG) and biogas vehicles.
The ‘Dynaflow’ LNG dispenser involved operates to an ambient temperature of -40°C and utilises Chart’s latest technology to ensure maximum safety, accuracy and operational convenience.
This development contributes to Finland’s environmental objectives of reducing greenhouse gases, together with NOX, SOX and particulate matter emissions.
