gasworld’s inaugural CO2 Summit kick starts tomorrow, with industrial gas professionals beginning to gather at the unique Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol in the heart of the Austrian slopes.

The event, titled Summit on the Slopes, will explore the key trends and opportunities in the carbon dioxide (CO2) supply chain today; from new and alternative sourcing channels to evolving production technologies and the development of end-user applications.

Sessions will include engaging speeches and valuable insights into current CO2 market conditions, and the projects and applications that will be shaping the CO2 industry in the near future.

This inaugural CO2 Summit is the first of its kind, following on from previous functions in gasworld’s Summit Series, with successful events focusing on helium in both London (2013) and New Jersey (2016).

Departing Conference Organiser Hattie Frisby enthused, “I am very excited to welcome our delegates to this beautiful setting in Austria for the very first gasworld CO2 Summit. I have to say that this is my favourite setting to date.”

“We are proud to have some of the most prestigious speakers from the CO2 industry on the agenda and I hope that delegates enjoy the hospitality over the next two days.”

Prior to conference kick-off tomorrow, delegates will be treated to an evening of fine dining and networking at tonight’s Welcome Dinner sponsored by cryogenic refrigeration specialist Dohmeyer.
