We are looking for a candidate with proven IT skills and experience of using a CRM database to join our ambitious team. Using Microsoft Dynamics, this role will be responsible for running data selections, maintaining the database and working on research project briefs.

You will have the ability to interpret requests for data selections, effectively manipulate large data sets and record information accurately. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience. Most importantly, you will have an interest in data management and the ability and willingness to learn.

The level of work required is considered entry-level and staff work under direct supervision from the database manager, and head of marketing & events.

Key Tasks:

  1. Daily inputting of data from Intranet into our CRM – Forms, Sales, Registrations & assigning to team members where relevant.
  2. CRM – full utilisation of this from inputting data, updating, searching & extracting information for different departments.
  3. Working with different departments to supply lists & data for deadlines & targets.
  4. Support marketing by working to shared deadlines – data – marketing – sales
  5. External Liaison on occasion e.g. Distribution company
  6. Keep awareness of all projects throughout the year to input information accordingly.
  7. Ability to apply information to different scenarios seamlessly to increase efforts in sales & marketing. 

Key Measurables:

  • Global Magazine Distribution List – Populating, Data Checking, Sending– 4 weekly Frequency
  • US Magazine Distribution List – Populating, Data Checking, Sending - Monthly Frequency
  • Sales Global – Researching, creating lists, analysing – send to Sales team
  • Sales US – Researching, creating lists, analysing – send to Sales team
  • Conferences – Building lists dependant on global region / topic specific.
  • Other research & input as and when required.

  • Weekly team meetings
  • Management meeting reports
