He was previously responsible for global business development for Australia-based Hobson Engineering and before that, for Denmark-based IceTech. Commenting, CEO of Dearman, Scott Mac Meekin, said, “I am delighted to welcome John Martin to Dearman, along with his decades of experience in the sector and strong record in sales. The Americas offer real opportunities for Dearman. As polluting diesel transport refrigeration units come under increasing scrutiny, John will show that Dearman has a zero-emission solution for fleet operators who want to get ahead of the curve and clean up their fleets.”

Martin, Dearman’s Vice-President for the Americas, added, “It’s fantastic to be joining a highly innovative and ambitious company like Dearman. Its zero-emission transport refrigeration unit is a proven technology and I know that many fleet operators across the Americas looking to replace their diesel units will be attracted to the Dearman solution. This is a unique technology and I look forward to showcasing its many benefits across the region.”
