Edwards, a Massachusetts-based manufacturer of vacuum and abatement solutions, will join MIT’s MIT.nano consortium as a founding member.
MIT.nano is a 214,000 square foot laboratory dedicated to the characterisation and fabrication of nanoscale materials, structures, devices, and processes.
Edwards will invest in equipment and personnel and will be an essential participant in new technology developments at the nanometer scale.
