As data becomes more accessible, companies in the industrial gas space are starting to put it to work. And with artificial intelligence – AI for short – becoming more used day by day, opportunities are emerging all the time.

Gas equipment business GCE says that data is empowering its customers and getting them to think creatively about using real-time data on their assets. At the same time, one of the core concerns from those in the specialty gas space is quite simple.

“Many customers have one thing in common: they use a lot of gas but lack the tools to monitor and track usage,” Guy Barraclough, Specialty Gas Equipment Product Manager at GCE, tells gasworld.
