Specialty gas customers are found in many markets including life sciences, chemicals, air and water quality, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and health care. More recently, specialised metal fabrication, additive manufacturing, electronics and fibre optics place higher demands on consistent quality than ever before.

Two important requirements are basic to any specialty gas business. They are quality and service and the success of any specialty gas business hinges on its personnel. The production and analytical team must understand the purity and accuracy needed to satisfy the customer’s application. The sales team must understand the capabilities of the production team to avoid a potential to over-commit and under-perform.
