When it comes to safety in industrial gases, and in industry more widely, there are several different drivers at work.
As you would imagine, there are plenty of mandated rules and regulations that shape safety, but that’s very far from being the only story in 2025.
Next to this, companies of all stripes these days increasingly wants to drive and develop their own safety protocols and standards because it is good practice, because it is good reputationally, and because accidents are damaging, disruptive, expensive, bad for morale, and worse. That’s a long and compelling list of reasons to put safety first, which is why most do – and actively want to take things further.
