Fiba technologies honoured by The Worcester Business Journal

The Worcester business journal has honoured FIBA Technologies with the distinction of being one of Massachusetts’ top growing private companies.

Based upon revenue growth over the past three fiscal years, Fiba was ranked number 9 of the top 25 companies in the region.

The companys President, Jack Finn, said that he has never seen a stronger array of markets for its high-pressure containers and trailers for compressed gases. From the burgeoning electronics specialty market “ which uses gases to manufacturer flat-screen TVs and computer screens “ to the growing use of gases in medical technology, demand for FIBAs products is up in all segments in recent years.

The company created a whole new dimension to its business when it started manufacturing its own tanks in 2004 at a new, $10-million factory and headquarters in Millbury.
