Viatran’s Model 570 pressure transmitter with a flush diaphragm option is now available with the intrinsic safety, flameproof or explosion proof approval options needed for hazardous locations.
The flush diaphragm pressure transmitter incorporates Viatran’s pressure sensor diaphragm technology. The technology creates a stable unit with high performance and data integrity needed for measuring high viscosity, crystallising and corrosive media used in acidizing, blending, cementing and fracturing applications.
Features of the model 570 flush diaphragm pressure transmitter include, patented solid stainless-steel diaphragm technology, isolated sensor design, high accuracy and an IP67 rating.
The minimized torque effect on the diaphragm eliminates the need to adjust the instrument after installation. The diaphragm has the ability to withstand pressure spikes up to five times the 0-1,000psis range, extending the life of the transmitter when cavitation is a risk in the system.

Month on month the gasworld website continues to be the primary portal for information, on a global scale, about our industry - be it through the provision of news and features, or information in the expansive company directory section. Launched in 2004, it is the only independent online news provider and information portal for the global industrial gas community and the larger end-user markets. The website also now incorporates news for gasworld US and Specialty Gas Report.
