Foster Wheeler AG announces that Robert C Flexon is to be appointed as CEO.
Foster Wheeler AG, the global engineering and construction contractor, promoted the current President and CEO of Foster Wheeler USA, to CEO of global Foster Wheeler AG.
Robert C Flexon, became CEO of Foster Wheeler AG on 1st June 2010. He will mark this transition at a presentation to investors on Thursday 3rd June. The conference will convene at the Credit Suisse Engineering & Construction Conference in New York City and is expected to begin at 11.10 am.
Foster Wheeler invites interested parties and investors to listen to a live webcast of the event at the Investor Relations Presentations section of the company’s website. Additionally, presentation slides will be available and the portal will remain active for approximately 30 days.
