FuelCell Energy, Inc. has promoted two of its employees as the fuel cell solution provider looks to align and strengthen its capabilities for global growth.
First is Jennifer Arasimowicz, who has been promoted to the title of Senior Vice-President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Under her role, she will be responsible for all the company’s legal and government affairs.
The second employee is Frank Wolak, who has been promoted to Vice-President, Sales-Americas. His new role encompasses all aspects of the company’s commercial efforts throughout North and South America, including sales, business development, project development and marketing.
Both Arasimowicz and Wolak have been promoted to newly-created positions within the company.
President and CEO Chip Buttone said that both the candidates are “uniquely qualified to support the business needs” as FuelCell Energy looks to grow globally.
In a previous interview, gasworld spoke exclusively to FuelCell Energy’s Vice-President of Application Engineering and New Tech Development Tony Leo, who detailed the company’s strategy to maintain its leading position in its field.
He stated, “The years of experience and extensive knowledge of the fuel cell industry represented by our associates is unparalleled. We are constantly advancing and enhancing our solutions to increase our value proposition of delivering turn-key power generation solutions, which includes both service and finance offerings.”
FuelCell Energy delivers solutions for the supply, recovery and storage of energy. The US-based business designs, manufactures, installs, operates and maintains megawatt-scale fuel cell systems.
