For the first time in nearly two decades, global gas, LNG and energy conference and exhibition Gastech will return to Houston this September.
Bringing together 35,000 upstream, midstream and downstream professionals, and featuring presentations by 400 global industry leaders, Gastech 2019 will take place at the NRG Center from September 17th to 19th.
The three-day event will include panel discussions and presentations from the industry’s key global leaders, addressing current gas and LNG issues, while also looking to 2020 and beyond.
“Gastech is returning to Houston, the epicenter of the global energy industry and at a time when the US is cementing its position as a global leader in the export of natural gas,” said Director of the Gastech Governing Body Gavin Sutcliffe.
“Gastech has been held around the globe for over 45 years and remains one of the strongest and most informative programmes to date.”
“The programme will provide insights from government officials and industry bodies and delve into the emerging challenges and opportunities in the current gas and LNG markets.”
“It will also look to answer key questions around topics such as a new wave of financial investments driving market buoyancy, increased demand and growing the commoditisation of natural gas.”
Gastech features a multi-streamed conference with more than 180 presentations and panels from 400 speakers, a plenary conference, strategic and technical conferences, a VIP global leaders’ summit and four spotlight programmes: Asia LNG Market Development Forum, Gas for Transportation Forum, Power & Energy, Diversity & Inclusion in Energy and Young Gastech.
