The Global Gases Group celebrated a special occasion recently, with the official opening of its new manufacturing, testing and refurbishment facility in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Opened on 7th November 2008, the event served as the culmination of a very successful week for the group, as it attended and participated as exhibitors in the International Marine Contractors Association annual seminar in Kuala Lumpur.
The new manufacturing facility is now fully operational, where Global Gases manufactures cylinder Quads/Racks for offshore use. All newly manufactured Quads are manufactured to ISO standards and built to DNV specification.
The facility also offers full cylinder refurbishment, including cylinder testing by the superior ultrasonic examination method, and Quad and ISO tank refurbishment.
