As part of a recent contract, GRASYS has supplied two mobile nitrogen stations to LLC Gazprom transgaz Ufa, a subsidiary of major Russian company OJSC Gazprom.
The supplied nitrogen stations are designed for feeding dry seals of gas-pumping units, as well as for equipment purging and fire safety assurance at CS Polyany (Republic of Bashkortostan).
Each of the stations supplied enables production of 300 nm³/hr of 95% gas from atmospheric air. During operation, the purity of nitrogen may be easily adjusted to secure the maximum cost efficiency, with modern membrane air separation technology adopted in the design.
Also as part of their design, the nitrogen stations combine the benefits of a compact unit and high capacity, with reliability, serviceability and operational simplicity.
