As a result, the organisation has renamed its yearly event the 2017 Syngas Technologies Conference to emphasise that the seminar encompasses all syngas-producing technologies and is requesting presentations to reflect this.
GSTC is particularly interested in speeches on global syngas markets, syngas to hydrogen (H2), biomass and waste-to-energy projects, advances in syngas technologies and carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCSU).
Running from 15th-18th October in Colorado, the 2017 Syngas Technologies Conference is the largest and most influential event for gasification and other syngas-producing industries across the globe, attracting hundreds of business leaders from the US, Asia and Europe.
GSTC Executive Director Alison Kerester highlighted, “It’s the best opportunity to meet and network with industry executives, experts and syngas customers from around the world.”
Abstracts are due by 30th April, 2017.
The Gasification and Syngas Technologies Council (GSTC) has announced an expanded and broadened annual conference agenda, on the back of forming two strategic allegiances with syngas and methanol focused institutes this year.
Three days of industry education and business networking is what delegates can expect at this year’s Gases and Welding Distributors Association (GAWDA) Seven Springs Regional Meeting, chaired by Abydee Butler Moore, GAWDA Vice-President.
