In a recent development, Oman’s pioneering LPG Company National Gas SAOG has entered into a significant joint venture agreement with Gulf Cryo, Kuwait’s leading industrial and specialty gases manufacturer.
Oman is one of the rising economies of the GCC and the joint venture (JV) will allow the Gulf Cryo group to invest and expand into this promising market.
The new JV company will be known as National Gulf Cryo LLC.
Gulf Cryo Holding is the leading manufacturer of industrial, medical and specialty gases in the Middle East, founded as the Kuwait Oxygen Company in 1953.
